Shipping Policy
We, at HisKart, process all orders within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays are dispatched on the following working day. Our customer care executives will immediately send you an email once your order is dispatched by our dedicated Shipping Department.
We have fast-order processing system that ensure your order is delivered within a certain period of time. Rarely when the order fails to get delivered within a stipulated time, please get in touch with us. We will try to arrange a reshipment in case of miscommunication or error from our side.

We ship your products discreetly with all the necessary precautions. After the order placement, our payment merchant will send you a notification that works as final approval for the payment. We usually dispatch your order within 1-2 business working days of order placement. We will send you all shipping details, including the date of shipping and tentative days until the order reaches you which could be 25 business days.
If your order fails to reach you within 25 working days or if your shipment is difficult to be located, please contact our customer care executives. We will get back to you with the courier’s tracking ID and assist you on how to get the status update of your order. If the package fails to get delivered, your money will be deposited back to your credit card.
HisKart works with overseas service providers and we process all shipments from there so they reach to you safely and discreetly. During the entire process, you can track the package using the courier tracking ID.
